Space Pirate Trainer Description
Space Pirate Trainer on PC is the work of an independent I-Illusions studio. The same team has developed Element4l, a platform game that received favorable reviews. This time, however, they made an FPS intended for virtual reality goggles. The action takes place in the distant future - manned space flights or laser weapons are now common. Our goal is to defend the base against the armed droids.
Mechanics
The action in Space Pirate Trainer on PC is presented from the first-person perspective. The player has the ability to look around freely by turning their head while targeting and moving the hands of the character is done using motion controllers. The game boils down to the extermination of successive waves of enemies, constantly attacking our base. Opponents are primarily droids armed with laser weapons. The player, on the other hand, receives pistols and special shields available in several variants, thanks to which they can not only protect themselves from bullets but also deflect them towards the enemies. The game has a network ranking system - using too much shield will reduce the number of points we earn.
Technical aspects
Space Pirate Trainer on PC takes place in a three-dimensional environment. The game runs on Unity engine, so the graphics are at a high level. The locations we visit shine with neon lights, which, in combination with a multitude of laser rays visible on the screen, suggest that the game took inspirations from science fiction films from the 1980s'.
