Original three-dimensional arcade shooter "on rails", created by Japanese studio Alchemist. Players are armed with magical weapons firing a beam of pheromones, and their attacks will target the enthusiastic high school students.

Gal*Gun, released on PS3 and X360, is an original three-dimensional on-rails shooter, set in modern Japan. The title is produced by Inti Creates and Alchemist studios, specializing in jRPG games and visual novel titles for the most popular console platforms. Gal*Gun is the third game of creators to be played on PlayStation 3.

Plot

The main character of Gal*Gun is a young boy named Tenzo. One day, he comes across an angel called Patako. By accident, the protagonist is given a powerful charm which makes him the most popular boy in the whole school. Girls who want to confess their feelings, in the form of a traditional love letter or a more direct kiss, throw themselves at him from everywhere. Patako gives him a special weapon that throws out a stream of pheromones leading to the fainting of the intrusive admirers. At some point, Tenzo will have to choose one of the girls because when a spell cast on him loses its power, none of them will ever look at him with interest again. The plot is presented in the form known from Japanese adventure games. On the screen, we see animated portraits of our interlocutors and the text. At certain moments of the game, we will be asked to make a decision which will result in one of the several endings. The PlayStation 3 version includes an additional chapter showing the events taking place after the end of the original story told in the Xbox 360 game edition.
