Fusionist

Fusionist is an expansive turn-based tactical strategy in which we command mechs manufactured on our own planets to launch human civilizations in the galaxy. The production is the responsibility of the experienced studio Fusion Interactive, whose credits include the FlatOut series.

Storyline

The strategy of Fusionist presents a vision of the year 2800. The Earth is largely uninhabitable, which is one of the reasons for the occurrence of wars on a massive scale. While hyperspace travel is possible, it is difficult to find planets suitable for human habitation. There is one highly experimental technology involving the transfer of human consciousness to artificial intelligence. The resulting fusionists set out to explore the universe to find habitable planets for humans.

Gameplay

Fusionist 's gameplay is divided into layers. In the first one , we deal with colonization and management of planets, collection of unique minerals and production of mech?ws. To do this, we erect power plants and processing plants and trade on the galactic market. Shortage of some raw materials is inevitable. When constructing mechs, we choose from among many "cores." We also undertake the construction of spaceships.

The second phase involves tactical battles conducted with teams of up to five mechs, which are the fruit of our actions in the previous phase. Each of the five classes has its own set of weapons, skills and plays a different role on the battlefield.

Three types of attacks are available: cold, fire and electricity. By strategically combining them together, we can trigger "chemical reactions." Strengthened thanks to acquired resources, we take on increasingly profitable combat missions with our mechs.

Multiplayer

Fusionist players can challenge others in online PvP skirmishes.
