The next installment of the mobile series of TPP shooters, putting emphasis on hiding behind the covers. In the game we play the role of mercenary commander, get to various battlefields and stand up to fight against the prevailing enemy forces, commanding a small unit of soldiers.

Frontline Commando 2 is a continuation of one of the best mobile TPP shooters. The production of Glu Mobile, known from the Dino Hunter series, Contract Killer and Blood & Glory, is available on mobile devices and uses a free-to-play model with microtransactions.

Mechanics

We play as a commander of a mercenary unit, which performs tasks in three detailed locations in different parts of the globe. We decide for ourselves what contracts we will undertake and we choose the members of the branch and their equipment ourselves. As in the previous games of the series, the action is observed from the third-person perspective.

Frontline Commando 2 is set in the near future. Thanks to this, while playing, we face not only enemy soldiers, but also combat robots. Enemies differ not only in appearance but also in tactics and skills, which forces the player to react quickly to changing conditions on the battlefield. A key role is played by commanding a unit, which is done through a simple interface that allows us to quickly give orders without spending a lot of time on it.

The game offers a wide range of weapons and equipment. Apart from various rifles and pistols, we also use grenades, mines, drones and first-aid kits. Frontline Commando 2 also features a system for upgrading and modifying weapons.
