Mechanics

In Fracked the action is observed from a first person perspective (FPP). Extremely dynamic and impressive gameplay focuses mainly on eliminating hordes of enemies. During battles we have to hide behind covers and to have eyes around our heads, because adversaries often try to attack from above, flank, and overtake us from behind. Exploration is also spectacular in Fracked. We travel through levels not only on foot, but also on skis, climbing, or doing crazier things like parachute jumping. Sometimes during these activities we are attacked by enemies, which intensifies the fast-paced action.

What makes this game different from most other titles of this type is the fact that during the game we constantly have full control over the protagonist. Moving our head, we look around, and using the motion controllers, we reload weapons, climb over terrain obstacles and control our character while skiing.

Technical aspects

Fracked requires both VR goggles and dedicated motion controllers to work. The colourful graphics of the game were made in cel-shading technique.
