Forza Customs

Forza Customs is a car tuning-themed match-3 puzzle game. It's a free-to-play spin-off of the Forza Motorsport series, featuring microtransactions, co-developed by Hutch Games and Turn 10 Studios.

Mechanics

Forza Customs tasks us with renovating decrepit, licensed cars and making them better than ever before. The vehicles represent such companies as Volkswagen, Porsche and Ford. It's up to us whether we'll customize them to look retro and modernize them. Regardless of our choice, we'll need all sorts of parts, paints, accessories and cosmetics (such as stickers).

This is where the match-3 mechanic comes into play. Unlocking new parts requires points earned by solving puzzles. This is done by moving colorful symbols, to match at least three elements of the same color in a straight line. The puzzle ends once we've exhausted all available moves. The better we do, the more points we'll score.
