Perseus Mandate is the second addition to F.E.A.R.: First Encounter Assault Recon, a 2005 first-person shootout that was quite commercially successful. As with the first extension, TimeGate Studios, Inc., known mainly for its Kohan series, is responsible for the development of the program.
