Fate of the Dragon II Description
Sequel real time strategy, titled Three Kingdoms: Fate of the Dragon, which premiered in March 2001. Despite using the name of the above production, authors from Object Software developer's studio reserve that Fate of the Dragon II is completely different from the mentioned original or another RTS by them, i.e. Dragon Throne.
The main focus is on epic battles or special missions in the storyline, so you don't have to devote any attention to expanding your economic base. Definitely more important here are various combat strategies or tactical manoeuvres, allowing to gain an advantage over the - sometimes predominantly - army of the opponent.
On the battlefield, the Generals play an important role, influencing the morale of subordinate units or possessing additional skills. The final success depends on many factors: pay attention to the terrain (e.g. archers have a greater range after setting them on a hill), currently set formations, or the combat skills of individual units. The creators have prepared a variety of units to choose from, as well as a variety of objects/artifacts that can turn the scales of victory on the player's side.
The full version could not miss: multiplayer mode (local network or the Internet), atmospheric soundtrack and carefully designed graphics.
