Farming Simulator 15: Gold

Farming Simulator 15: Gold for PC, PS4 and XONE is a package containing 2014's Farming Simulator 15 along with the Official Expansion DLC. The game was developed by GIANTS Software – the creators of the base Farming Simulator 15 and other installments in the Farming Simulator series.

Mechanics

In comparison to the predecessing game, the gameplay formula remains unchanged here. Thus the player's tasks are again to sow fields, breed animals and buy new equipment for one's agricultural enterprise for money gained from selling crops and other goods produced on the player's farm.

This time, the player can run "the business" in two different environments. The default location that already appeared in the previous installment is now accompanied by another location in Scandinavia, Northern Europe. These areas differ in the landscape obviously, but also different kinds of conditions – more woodlands are to be found in this new region for example. What follows is another novelty, namely managing forests – to illustrate, wood-cutting equipment was added here. Similarly, the game features parts of equipment coming from new producers, such as New Holland or Ponsse. What was added as well, is a pressure washer, which is used for cleaning the machinery after work.

The Official Expansion DLC contained within Farming Simulator 15: Gold for PC, PS4 and XONE, introduces mainly new, extensive areas in Eastern Europe, where another agricultural adventure is waiting for the player. Furthermore, the creators introduced 20 new machines to the game. Thus the player assumes control over tractors, combine-harvesters and trucks from the most popular companies, such as Zetor, Tatra, Rostselmash or Farmtech.

Game modes

Similar to the previous installment, Farming Simulator 15: Gold for PC, PS4 and XONE offers a multiplayer component apart from the solo experience. This time, up to 16 players can be running the farm simultaneously, connected either via the Internet or LAN.
