Fallout 3: Mothership Zeta Description
Mothership Zeta is the fifth DLC for Fallout 3. It was developed by Bethesda Softworks which developed the praised series of The Elder Scrolls, among other things. Before Mothership Zeta, the following Fallout 3 expansions were released: Operation Anchorage, The Pitt, Broken Steel and Point Lookout.
The expansion allows us to travel into the space onboard the eponymous alien space ship. The protagonist’s presence is no accident for he was kidnapped and imprisoned. The aliens were drifting above the Capital Wasteland area for a while, and their ship sent mysterious signals to Earth. Our hero was initially to investigate into that matter, however, after being kidnapped by the aliens, his quest changed. Now, with the help of the remaining prisoners, he has to get out and take control over the ship before it starts to destroy the blue planet.
During the mission, the protagonist may use new types of weapons (Alien Atomizer, Alien Disintegrator and Drone Cannon) and wear previously unknown armors (Gemini-Era Spacesuit and Samurai Armor) which protect against the alien attacks and their robots. Should those fail, our hero may count on NPCs’ help, both those already known and completely new ones. They will help him solve the details of the aliens’ plans and contribute to making sure they fail.
