After the enchanted sword, Excalibura, pulled out of the stone by King Arthur, the world has reduced proportions, becoming an Excalibugue - a great world of small worms.

ExcaliBug is a strategy game with elements of cRPG, the Spanish band Enigma. Its action takes place in an alternative reality, referring to the legend of Excalibur. When King Arthur pulled out a sword clogged in stone, the world was reduced to the scale of worms and insects, becoming an Excalibugue.

In the game we control a group of insects in contrast to the fantastic heroes of the classic cRPG. We can be a small ant, a thief, a moth or other insects with different skills and characteristics. While killing enemies we get experience points and sugar, local currency and various objects like drops of blood renewing life. For sugar we buy mixtures, honey or scrolls with spells from merchants and other NPCs.

There are one or more tasks to complete on each map in the game. We can obtain a lot of important information about our opponents, showing the amount of life, level, and range of sight and hearing. The artificial intelligence of enemies is high, so that they skillfully patrol their areas, check for suspicious sounds, and even get tired. Enemies also fight among themselves.
