Empire of the Ants (2000) Description
Empire of the Ants is an RTS game set in an unusual setting of the kingdom of ants. In the game ants have created a kind of civilization, building a real state, inventing incredible weapons, training in the art of war and the development of cities and finding modern technologies.
We have a single player campaign, selected missions and a multiplayer game mode to perform. The game takes place in two locations: inside an anthill or on the ground. There are several different types of insects with their own characteristics. We start by creating our own ant colony, managing the raw materials, controlling the state of the anthill and the birth rate of a specific type of ants. The anthill is threatened not only by living enemies, but also by floods or droughts.
- Three-dimensional RTS with many angles of camera view and zoom.
- An unusual artificial intelligence faithful to the behavior of every insect.
- The appearance and behavior of over 60 different species of insects and animals has been mapped out.
