Mechanics

As the title might suggest, E-Sport Manager allows players to become the manager of a team of players participating in e-sport competitions. Upon starting the game, one has to create his or her own team – apart from selecting the nationality and logo, players can also choose the genre in which their team will specialize in – FPS or MOBA.

Then, players can move on to completing their objective that requires developing the proper training routine – their protégés have to play games but also improve their skills and take care of their physique. The last part can be done by serving the right meals, exercising at the gym, having fun, and sleeping long enough. All this allows the players to get new special skills (there are forty individual and twenty team skills). Using them appropriately during matches results in higher efficiency when competing with other teams.

During matches, you can do much more than just observe the situation – before the match starts, you need to develop a strategy, select heroes, weapons, items, and perks used by particular members of your team. You can even influence your players' behaviors (defensive, offensive, balanced). During a match, you can change your decisions – the top-down perspective allows you to validate the effectiveness of your strategy and alter it if need be, both in FPS and MOBA games.

You receive money for consecutive victories during sponsored tournaments, where e-sportsmen face several dozens opposing teams. One can also earn money by signing contracts and through social media activity of the team members. The money earned can be spent do develop your headquarters and purchase new equipment.
