However, if we see that one of the players does not keep the level of the team and only causes trouble, we have the possibility to decide whether we want to continue investing time and money in the development of the player, or get rid of him now and replace with someone more promising.

Winning matches is the main goal of our team and ourselves because it means not only development but also fame, money and new, huge opportunities. This includes the option to expand the training spots, turning it from a run-down hole into an exclusive place providing our charges with attractions such as comfortable seats and great equipment, psychological care, marketing advisors, and many other specialists. And all to make them even better.

As a manager we have an active influence on the course of the battles. It is up to us to decide which game will be the most profitable and to give appropriate instructions to our players. However, we must be careful, because a bad decision could result in a defeat that will damage our reputation and we will have to deal with the backlash from the fans.
