Demolish & Build 2018

Demolish & Build 2018 is another installment of a building simulator series released by PlayWay and developed by Noble Muffins studio. The game, which is the continuation of Demolish & Build Company 2017, is available on PC Windows.

Mechanics

Demolish & Build 2018 offers four huge locations in which we can construct or destroy buildings. We play as an owner of a construction-destruction company and our employees can use various tools such as hammers but they can also use smaller or bigger machines such as diggers, bulldozers, cranes or a remote controlled robot that can work in the most harsh conditions, inaccessible and dangerous places.

However, we can still put a helmet on our heads and manually place explosives inside buildings, destroy a few walls by using more traditional equipment or control the previously mentioned machines. However, these aren't our only responsibilities – as an owner of the company we must be sure that we get a steady income which we can earn by completing various orders such as constructing new buildings and renting them. The money that we earn can be spent on paying our workers, buying new equipment or upgrading that already owned.

Game modes

Multiplayer is the new mode available in Demolish & Build 2018, released on PC Windows, however we can still play in single player mode.

Technical aspects

The graphics in Demolish & Build 2018 aren't that different from Noble Muffins' previous game. Everything looks good mostly thanks to an advanced physics engine, which makes sure that destruction of each building looks realistic.
