Dead Island: Epidemic

As befits a MOBA game, Dead Island: Epidemic focuses on multiplayer gameplay, in which three teams of four players compete against each other and are fighting tooth and nail with waves of zombies on specially prepared maps. Fighting live opponents and the walking dead, including the powerful bosses, require close cooperation between participants. What's more, goalmouth situations sometimes forces to cooperate also with enemy teams. In contrast to classic MOBA games, Epidemic is not only about attacking the bases of the enemy, but also acquiring and maintaining control over checkpoints on the map and the execution of dynamically changing objectives. Fast gameplay forces the player to quickly adapt to the situation at the moment, because otherwise it might end up with death or failure of the mission.

An important part of Dead Island: Epidemic - as in previous series – is the system of producing equipment. From the bodies of fallen opponents we pick up objects with which we construct more and more powerful guns and all sorts of weapons. In total, the player was given hundreds of different parts allowing the creation and gradual improvement of weapons. The possibilities are so numerous that regardless of class preferences, we choose our style. In the Deep Silver game we can play both a heavily armed character, drawing attention of all nearby zombies, or focus solely on shooting at the undead from a distance.

The action of the game - like in other games of the genre – is observed the aerial view. The creators of the original hits have kept the climate of the Dead Island cycle, moving events to the tropical jungle and the sunny beach. Colourful visual design successfully contrasts with the post-apocalyptic atmosphere of the production.
