Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs Description
Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs is a game based on the movie of the same title. The game quite faithfully follows the movie story, telling about a failed inventor, who finally succeeds – as long as turning rain and snow into food, which is, by the way, increasing to alarming sizes, can be called a success.
The player assumes the role of the aforementioned inventor, Flint, whose machine that turns water into food gets out of control. Now he has to save his home town from an impending catastrophe. The gameplay can be described as a one giant food fight. You can make use of Flint’s whacky inventions to e.g. throw hamburgers, spaghetti or jelly. Moreover, the devices let you modify food as you want, e.g. increase it in size.
All this is played on 20 levels inspired of the movie settings. Therefore, you get to visit Jelly-Land or Ice Cream waterfalls.
