Caliber

Caliber is a free-to-play tactical third-person shooter developed by 1C Game Studios. The player controls a soldier of an elite military unit, fighting an opposing team alongside three allies.

Mechanics

Caliber heavily emphasizes tactics and communication, rather than solely rely on reflexes and individual ability.

There are four character classes, each serving a specific role in the team, having unique gear and abilities. The Assault is excellent in combat at a short and medium distance; the Support is a heavily armored unit providing covering fire; the Medic can heal injured teammates; the Marksman snipes enemies from a distance.

Players can also choose the special forces unit they want to belong to: these include the American Navy SEALs, the German Kommando Spezialkräfte, the Polish GROM and the Russian Specnaz. All their uniforms and equipment have been faithfully reproduced.
