BOUNDARY is a tactical space shooter, focused on multiplayer battles with a realistic system of destruction. The Chinese studio Surgical Scalpels is responsible for the title.

Plot

In the game we play as one of six classes of armed astronauts, who fight each other in space with zero gravity.

Mechanics

BOUNDARY is a tactical FPS, focused on dynamic multiplayer games divided into several modes. These include Free For All, Deathmatch, Facility Capture, and Orbital Purge.

Combat in BOUNDARY takes place on a variety of maps, whose common denominator is that they are located in space. We will visit a solar farm, an orbital gas station, a debris field or a space complex.

The player has access to one of the six classes, each offering unique skills (basic and some unlocked with experience), the ability to fully personalize loadouts, ammunition types, and weapon elements - from scopes and magazines to handles and barrels. All this is based on modern tactical firearms. Our arsenal includes submachine guns, sniper rifles, rocket launchers and many more.

In BOUNDARY the devs gave us the opportunity to use a jetpack - EVA. It is a key factor in choosing a class, as we divide them into the light, medium and heavy, depending on the type of weapon preferred and therefore the associated lifting capacity.

Technical aspects

BOUNDARY is a three-dimensional title that focuses on realism. Both in terms of visuals, as well as in terms of game engine, whose task is to realistically render the damage.
