A dynamic, arcade action/TPP game, combining the best features of such well-known titles as Doom, Abuse and Starship Troopers. The player becomes the commander of a five-person unit of commandos, whose task is to oppose the attack of alien parasites.

Blowout is a worthy addition to any shoot'em-up fan's collection, it drops the player in at the deep end against swarms of alien nasties.
All the staples of the side-scrolling platformer are present and correct, but the game is rendered entirely in 3D, which, coupled with the destructible environments and pyrotechnic effects, creates a truly action-packed experience.
