Continuation of "Big Biz Tycoon" published in 2001 (also known as "Venture Tycoon"), but unlike its predecessor, the game's development studio 4Head Studios is responsible for the production of the game, which is famous for the release of "Europa 1400".

According to what the word tycoon suggests in the title of the game, we are dealing with a typical economic strategy. Our task is to build a company from scratch, so that a financial colossus can be created from it, which has a good reputation and brings huge profits. The player can settle his business in one of the three big cities - New York, Hamburg or Tokyo, no less important is the choice of how to play the game, you can choose the mode in which you want to perform specific goals or free game without any top-down arrangements. Following the example of the famous "Pizza Connection 2", the player has a preview of the whole city, in which, apart from his company, he sees the premises of his competitors. The bank is also important, as you can easily guess, it is worthwhile and even you should take out loans in it. The player must control almost all the elements necessary for the proper functioning of his company. At the beginning of the game you should take care of an appropriate layout of the rooms, equip them with the necessary equipment and employ qualified staff. The player can choose from many elements - doors, desks, chairs, sofas, vending machines or plants. The already mentioned employees play an extremely important role, each of them is described by several factors, such as creativity or loyalty to the company. The player must take care of them, because satisfied subordinates will work faster and their work will bring better results. It is worth mentioning that employees can be trained (for a fee, of course) and motivated accordingly, for example by granting them bonuses or other benefits. The company run by the player can operate in many different industries, including cosmetics and electronics. In order to be able to start selling a product at all, it is necessary to invent it, produce it and promote it properly, in the latter case we have to deal with many different types of advertising, such as television, magazines or in the form of leaflets. Not all moves have to comply with fair-play rules - the game gives you the opportunity to sabotage competing projects.

The visual setting is on a similar level to the first part of the game, the action is usually observed in isometric projection.
