Battle Champs for iOS and AND is a strategy game developed by BlazeGames. The company was founded in 2014 and from the very beginning is focused on the production of mobile games. Battle Champs was this developer's first game. It is also worth mentioning that Akihiko Yoshida, artistic director of such hits as Final Fantasy Tactics or Bravely Default, was part of the development.

Mechanics

Battle Champs can be compared to the famous Clash of Clans. In general, this is a very similar game, in which the gameplay is based on expanding the settlement and defending it against attacks of other players. However, the title has several unique features. These include giants used in battles. Apart from them, we can use a few other units recruited thanks to the obtained materials - some materials will require us to "farm" them. An interesting option is also the possibility of renting a soldier from a friend.

Game modes

The campaign has been divided into a number of different missions, in which we learn the rules of the game. In addition, the creators prepared special missions, allowing for example to obtain new materials or to learn more advanced strategies. There is also the possibility of playing with other players and team up against giants, perform time missions in Time Trial mode, or attack other people's bases.

Technical aspects

A great advantage of Battle Champs, available for iOS and AND, is its graphic design. The game is maintained in the style typical of Japanese productions, but technically it is one of the most beautiful titles of this type available on mobile devices. Individual units are diverse, well animated, and the buildings are full of details - just like the levels where we fight.
