The comedy-encased crime series Balko was broadcast on the German TV station RTL for eleven years (1995-2006) and has had more than 120 episodes. Based on the great popularity of this brand, RTL group decided to prepare an adventure game, the development of which was entrusted to Silver Style Entertainment studio, known for example from Gorasul: The Legacy of the Dragon and Everlight: Of Magic & Power.
Just like in the television prototype, the main characters of Balko: The police officers from Dortmund - Stefan "Balko" Balkowski and Klaus Krapp - are a risky investigation. They must explain the circumstances of the death of a young man. Experienced detectives suspect that this was not an accident, but a well-planned crime. The denat had many enemies and hid dark secrets.
As befits a classic point-and-click adventure, the gameplay is primarily about exploring locations, collecting items and talking to NPCs. Players have the opportunity to visit many places known from the series and meet well-known heroes.
Balko visual luminaire: The risky investigation was prepared with the use of 3D graphics, but its quality is very average. The advantages of the game include the plot abounding in funny dialogues, as well as the use of the original intro of the series.
