Bad Rats: the Rats Revenge is a cartoon style puzzle game with puzzles based on the use of the laws of physics. The player directs the actions of the title rodents who want to take bloody revenge on their eternal enemies - cats. Invent4 Entertainment developers have created more than 40 boards on which a variety of lethal devices must be set in motion.

Bad Rats: the Rats Revenge is the second game of the independent studio Invent4 Entertainment, after Eleito's review managerial strategy (2009). This time, developers from Brazilian Porto Alegre decided to try their hand at the genre of logical games.

As the title suggests, the heroes of Bad Rats: the Rats Revenge are rats. Rodents are fed up with the persecution of cats and want to take bloody revenge. Their aim is to kill the trapped "kicks" in various, often very spectacular ways....

The player must place the rats on the board in such a way that they are able to activate a sequence of events leading ultimately to the killing of the cat. He has 10 types of rodents at his disposal, and the key to success is the use of their individual skills (for example, a bulldozer operator can push an item off the shelf and a baseball player can bounce it in a certain direction).

The creators prepared a total of 45 boards of increasing difficulty. Cats can be killed in 11 ways (crushing under the safe, torn apart by an angry dog, fried in a microwave oven, chain saw quartering, etc.). It is worth noting that despite the cartoon stylistic convention, deaths are presented in a rather brutal way, which is reflected in the 18+ age rating given to the game.

Bad Rats visuals: the Rats Revenge points to the low-cost nature of production. Models of characters and objects do not impress with the quality of workmanship. What attracts attention is a realistic physics engine.
