Autobahn Police Simulator is a simulator that tries to reliably reproduce the daily work of police officers on German motorways. Production was created by Z-Software and Aerosoft GmbH is responsible for its release.

Autobahn Police Simulator is a game enabling us to play as a German traffic policeman. The game was developed by Z-Software and published by Aerosoft GmbH.

Mechanics

Autobahn Police Simulator tries to reliably reproduce the daily work of police officers on German motorways (before starting the game we can adjust the sex of our avatar). The single-player campaign includes more than 40 missions, in which we deal with the typical duties of a traffic officer. We also have the possibility to play in the "Free Play" mode, in which we respond to radio calls - it provides an additional 100 different actions, including accidents of varying degrees of seriousness and involving different types of cars - passenger cars, trucks, etc. We are forced to react to reports of fires on the road, to help the injured, etc. The game also enables us to mark suspicious vehicles, check speed, fines drivers and carry out roadside checks (including checking if the driver has not consumed alcohol or drugs, or they not too tired).

We use a patrol car (there are two types available - marked and unmarked) and have approximately 40 km of roads available. The game offers both daytime missions and missions that take place after dark. The game from Z-Software studio also realistically reproduces the police radio communication.

Technical aspects

Autobahn Police Simulator features rather simple, three-dimensional visuals, which are far from modern standards. This game supports gamepads and steering wheels.
