Adventure signed with the name of Benoit Sokal, the Belgian draughtsman responsible for both parts of Siberia and Paradise. The plot revolves around the adventures of the crew of a mysterious sea ship. The game is about exploring the location, conducting conversations, collecting objects and solving riddles.

Aquarica is an adventure game with a classic point & click interface. The production of the title is the responsibility of White Birds Productions studio, a company founded by the famous cartoonist Benoit Sokal, who has worked on such projects as Siberia, Paradise, Sinking Island and Nikopol: Secrets of the Immortals.

The title was divided into episodes, and the inspiration for its creation was a film prepared by Sokal and his team in a separate project. This allowed us to put in the adventure interludes taken directly from the silver screen. Aquarics was made in a hand drawn environment, where three-dimensional characters are observed against the background of two-dimensional locations.

The action begins in the port of Roodhaven, whose inhabitants have seen on the sea an unusual, composed of very old ship elements. When the ship reached the shore, the steerable Mary introduced herself to the locals as the great-grandson of an old sailor, commander of the legendary Aquarika sailing ship. This ship used to be Roodhaven's pride and Mary, speaking with outdated phrases, also aroused the curiosity of the locals.
