Antek is another multimedia project after 1812 Heart of Winter realized by Orange Labs development studio. This time the creators decided to present the classical school reading in an attractive form.
The game is a faithful adaptation of the novel by Boleslaw Prus. Users will learn about the fate of Antek, a teenage boy living in a 19th century village under Russian rule. The story is presented in the form of an e-book, where the dialogue parts are read by professional actors and the reading is accompanied by an atmospheric sound and music background.
An important element of Antek's education are additional materials, including studies to better understand the text and a quiz to test the acquired knowledge. Providing correct answers to the questions allows you to unlock the interactive parts of the program. When restarting the program at selected moments, users can play the heroes of the novella and try to change the course of events.
