Action games. Wide category of games that require reflex, accuracy and agility. It includes, among other things, shooters (e.g. Call of Duty and Battlefield series) and action-adventure games (Tomb Raider). First and third person perspective (FPP/TPP) is used. In most cases we are playing as a character who has to defeat some enemies and reach a specific point. We can use a wide range of weapons, including pistols, rocket launchers, swords, knives and like. Action-adventure is a particular category within action games genre. Such titles put less emphasis on action and combat, focusing more on story, exploration and puzzles.

The production refers in a loose way to American horrors and contains a lot of humorous accents (e.g. funny versions of zombies). Red Orchestra 2: Heroes of Stalingrad is the second part of the FPP war shootout by developers from the Tripwire Interactive studio. In solo fun mode, the player has the opportunity to participate in a number of missions on both the Russian and German sides. The creators also took care of the possibility of playing in cooperation. The biggest advantage of the production, however, was the multiplayer mode for up to 64 participants.
