The continuation of the enthusiastically-received RTS title from the Westwood Studios company. Command & Conquer: Red Alert Description
One of the most celebrated RTS games. After the success of Command & Conquer, the developers from Westwood Studios decided to make the plot of their next game a bit more “historical”. In this version of history, Albert Einstein discovers a way to travel through time. His first thought is to reverse the horrors of World War II, but it turns out that assassinating Adolf Hitler in 1932 does not manage to make the world a peaceful place. In Fuhrer's absence, it's Joseph Stalin who gathers incredible military power and sets out to “free” the world from imperialists.
The player may choose to invade the West under the red banner or try to stand up to the Soviet invasion, siding with the Allied Forces. Each side of the conflict has its own unique buildings and units.
Both variants offer 14 different combat missions. Apart from standard tasks (build a base and destroy the enemy), there are also more demanding missions whose completion requires a much more cunning approach. Experienced players may also put their skills to the test in the multiplayer mode.
