Evil Genius. The best games where we can be evil

Evil Genius

  1. Genre: simulation strategy
  2. Release date: October 1, 2004
  3. Developer: Elixir Studios
  4. Platform: PC

Evil Genius's characteristic feature is the style of spy films from the 1960s and 70s, and the gameplay is somewhat reminiscent of Dungeon Keeper (also listed above). We play the title "evil genius" – a madman who wants to rule the whole world with an army of thugs at his side. This character is immediately associated with, for example, Dr. Evil from the Austin Powers movies. And we can become an antihero again to realize our worst ideas. For the genius of evil wants to create a tool of ultimate destruction.

But there's a long way to go – first, you need to build a secret base, consisting of laboratories, workshops and training rooms. Then we set inventive traps and invent various types of weapons. The second part of the activity are missions and heists that allow you to gain the right publicity. After the invention of special rays, we will be able, for example, to shrink the iconic buildings of the world to the size of a pocket souvenir. So we can still be bad to the core, but in a slightly more relaxed, humorous style.
