Description (in author’s own words):

Original WoTR, you'd train four anti-rush units then zoom all the way off to Tier 4 to start training all your lategame Huorn spams. But what if you made the tier upgrade prices and times more on the order of standard RTSes - expensive and long - and made earlygame units actually worth training? And what if you gave these upgraded buildings powerful towers? And what if these higher tiers unlocked upgrades for early tier units, allowing earlygame units to still be good if not better than lategame units? And what if you gave some useless units some much-needed care and turned them into powerful monstrosities? And what if you were to completely overhaul Fate Powers and make them useful, as opposed to Ents and Balrogs? And what if you were to release it all as a mod - One Balance to Rule them All?

Features:

Overhauled, well, everything. WoTR plays completely differently now. It's no longer a rush to T4 and Huorn spams. Now you have to fight in T1 and can call Boromir or Nazgul to your aid. Or will you spend your fate on the Catapult Blast, or summon the Last Alliance?

The one thing I haven't overhauled is the campaigns. I know how to, and I have ideas for, but not the time.

Instructions:

0) MAKE A BACKUP. Step 0 of ANY modding is MAKE A BACKUP.

You'll never regret it!

1) Merge the Database folder with your existing Database folder.

Replace any files if Windows tells you to.

2) Merger the Archives folder with your existing folder.

Replace any files if Windows tells you to.

3) Run WoTR as you would normally!
