TPP Hardcore is a mod for Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain, created by JRavens.

Description:

This mod makes the game more challenging by tweaking various parameters of the gameplay. SP only – It’s HIGHLY recommend you do not use ANY mods when playing the MP aspect of the game.

Be sure to read the README file to understand all of the specific changes.

In brief this mod does the following:

1. Increases enemy hearing and vision ranges approx 50
2. Adds additional benefits to utilizing weather and camouflage during stealth.
3. Decreases enemy knockout time by about 50%
4. Increases bullet damage by roughly double default.
5. Decrease the players health and regeneration significantly to make him only slightly better than a standard soldier.
6. Decreases ammo and item capacities by around half default.
7. Changes the empty magazine gadget from unlimited uses to 6 uses (can be restocked by calling in a resupply)

Installation:

This mod doesn’t work with the game updated to v.1.1 or newer. .

To install the mod use Snakebite Mod Manager.
