Installation:

Unzip the contents of the archive;
Then paste the files from the folder "MGS 5 tallwood31 2" into the folder where you have your Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain saves (by default C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\[Profile]\311340\remote).
