HUD-GUI-Character Toggle is a mod for Mafia: Definitive Edition, created by Richiks
Description:
With a single keypress this mod toggles all on-screen elements, leaving you with a crisp image. Can also hide Tommy and other NPCs.
Installation
Navigate to Mafia: Definitive Edition install directory:
\Steam\steamapps\common\Mafia Definitive Edition\
Drag Toggle HUD mod contents inside and replace if prompted.
Usage
Launch the game and press K at any given time. All HUD will disappear.
Press O to hide Tommy and other NPCs.
Changing HUD Toggle hotkey
Open d3dx.ini and find search for [Constants]
Under [Key1], change Key=K to your preferred hotkey. You can input alphabet letters normally.
Examples:
Alphabet: Key=K, Key=P, Key=A, etc
Caps lock: Key=0x14
Left ctrl: Key=0xA2
Tilde (`/~): Key=0xC0

Compatibility
Make sure your Reshade file is called dxgi.dll and not d3d11.dll. This should happen automatically if you install this mod before Reshade.
Overlays like Fraps may crash the game when using both Reshade and this mod.
