Numpad 5 - Inf. Special Ability
Numpad 6 - Zero Wanted Level.
Numpad 7 - +100.000 Money (Franklin)
Numpad 8 - +100.000 Money (Michael)
Numpad 9 - +100.000 Money (Tevor)
Numpad * - Change Weather
Numpad - - -1 Hour
Numpad + - +1 Hour
