Small mod to change the behavior of dehydration, starvation and sleep deprivation.
This mod was made for some of you that like the Stimpaks overtime, ammo with weight but don't want the annoying tasks (eating,drinking, sleeping).

1.3 - Stimpak now regenerate limbs.
1.2 - You will not gain FOD/SLP/H20 overtime.
