JIP NVSE Plugin is a mod for Fallout: New Vegas, created by jazzisparis.

Description:

This is an NVSE plugin that adds 350+ new functions which can be used in scripts, in the GECK.

On it’s own it’s useless for regular gamers, but many other mods require it, so it’s best to have it installed.

Instructions

Use the Nexus Mod Manager/Fallout Mod Manager/Mod Organizer, or manually extract the .ZIP file into your Fallout: New Vegas 'Data' folder.

Requirements

The New Vegas Script Extender (NVSE) version 5.0b2 (or newer), installed and loaded with the game/GECK.
