Description:
You find a strange man knocked out on the floor of the Nevada Highway Patrol station. He's lost his memory. Will you help dig up his past. Do you even want to know what things he's done? Adds small quest, New companion with companion wheel, and fully voiced characters.
So, yeah. You can find him at the Highway Patrol Station near Primm. This quest it at least 45 minutes long. It's rather short, but it's quite an interesting quest. It also has quite a interesting amount and variety of characters
