It’s a simple tool that allows you to change FOV/Field of View in multiplayer of MW2.
Can FoV changers cause a ban from Infinity Ward or Valve Anti-Cheat?

Transcript: "We do not mind if a PC user has the FOV changer mod."
So, there's no reason it wouldn't be allowed for MW2 either.
Instructions:
Extract to game’s main folder and run “MW2 MP FoV Changer.exe”
FAQ
- If you are having issues getting the FoV Changer to work, try waiting until the map is loaded before starting the Changer.
- If you are getting the System.NullReferenceException IsGameInstalled error, simply install Steam you dirty peasant.
- If the FoV Changer has stopped working with Problem Event Name CLR20r3, you must install .NET Framework 3.5
- If you are getting the System.ArgumentException Font error, please download MissingFonts.zip, and extract the files in C:\Windows\Fonts (if asked to replace current files, choose yes)
