Description:

IW4x client restore missing features removed by the developers and further the capabilities of the games.

FEATURE:

1. Additional Content: Clients contain additional weapons and maps ported from other games.
2. Improved Security: Exploits that exist in the Steam versions of the game have been patched providing a safer gaming environment.
3. Mods and Mod Tools: Modding capabilities have been added allowing the community to further add new content to the game.
4. Dedicated Servers: Dedicated servers allow the community to host their own servers to. A server list is available in-game.
5. Anti-Cheat: Between built in features of the clients and third-party tools, cheaters can be banned from playing the games.

Instructions:

This version of the mod is designed to work with Steam’s version of the game. To install IW4x just extract to game’s folder and run iw4x.exe. To update the mod run iw4x-updater.exe.
