Operation Eagle is a mod for Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, created by Red_Spetsnaz.
Description:
A singleplayer mission where you have to fight on the side of the American Rangers.
Instructions:
Extract to „mods” and launch with „ +set fs_game "mods/sp_us_r” command. Easiest way is just to make a new shortcut of iw3sp.exe and then edit the Target part, for example:
"C:\Games\Call of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare\iw3sp.exe" +set fs_game "mods/sp_us_r
