Instructions:
Extract to „mods” and launch with „ +set fs_game "mods/sp_russian_army_2” command. Easiest way is just to make a new shortcut of iw3sp.exe and then edit the Target part, for example:
"C:\Games\Call of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare\iw3sp.exe" +set fs_game "mods/sp_russian_army_2
