Unzip the contents of the archive, run the trainer, and then the game. During the game you will be able to use the following keys:
INSERT -enable trainer
NUMPAD1 -immortality
NUMPAD2 – unlimited stamina
NUMPAD3 -unlimited number of magazines
NUMPAD4 -infinite number of grenades
NUMPAD5 – you do not need to reload weapons
NUMPAD6 -save position (NUMPAD7 it reads)
HOME -disable all facilities
