Unzip the contents of the archive to the directory where you installed the game. At any time during the game, press ALT + TAB to temporarily leave the game, and then run the trainer. You can no longer return to the game and take advantage of the following facilities:
NUMPAD1 -immortality
NUMPAD2 -unlimited amount of Ammo (no need to overload a weapon)
NUMPAD3 -unlimited number of grenades
