Issue: My game is crashing!

This means one of two things. You have an outdated mod that affects weapons installed, or you are using an outdated/illegal copy of TPP. If the former, simply remove the outdated mod. If the latter, update/purchase the game.

Issue: Certain items aren't available for development!

Some items have a hidden exe-bound requirement (meaning I can't do anything about it via Lua modding). I haven't been able to find the exact details of the requirement; but it typically triggers in or slightly before the first few Africa missions. Simply put, just keep playing through the game, and they will probably unlock soon.
