COOP is a mod for Medal of Honor: Allied Assault - Spearhead created by S.D.A. It allows you to play through whole campaign in cooperative mode. All maps and missions were properly tweaked difficulty-wise to retain the challenge despite larger group of players.
How to install:
Extract the archive to "...medal of honor\mainta”. Then launch the game and find a Server with this mod.
