Become founder of one of the largest cities. Unfortunately, a mayor doesn't live in clover. He or she is administrator, benefactor, judge and "the bad guy" at once because you can never make everyone happy. The challenge is to solve dozens of problems, to satisfy hundreds of needs, to spend millions of dollars. And there's also the budget whose variance always has to be favourable.
