Proceed right. Click on Donna - she doesn't have an implant. Take a look inside the bag and equip the remote and two memory cards. Put the blue card into Donna and talk with Baby Goal. Unfortunately, she will fail her mission, so use the remote on Donnie-Goal, to change Baby Goal into Spunky Goal. Return to the control room and click on the control panel. Once the dialogue with Cleatus has ended, click on the control panel once again.

During the battle between Rufus and Cleatus and Lady Goal versus Baby/Spunky Goal, you need to deliver Spunky Goal a message. You can talk to her only when Rufus is above his enemy (if he is on the ground, click on Cleatus). When Cleatus switches Spunky Goal to Baby Goal, click on the remote lying on the floor (this is only possible when Rufus is on the ground). Repeat those actions a few times until Rufus manages to convey the whole message to Spunky Goal, while a remote with the red button lands next to Rufus. Click on the remote. Once the cut-scene has ended, use it on Goal. Rufus will confess the whole truth to the girl. Congratulations, you've just completed Chaos on Deponia.
