The title was produced by independent Exato Game studio.

A post-apocalyptic MMOFPS with survival game features. It was developed by the independent Russian studio Kefir! At first glance the mechanics of One Life are similar to other games in the genre. The player is taken to a large post-apocalyptic world filled with dangers, where he and other users are trying to survive. The path to victory leads through wise strategy, seeking water and food and through crafting needed items. What makes the title original is a unique system of permanent death.
Romero's Aftermath

A survival MMO game set in a world overrun by zombies. It was developed by Free Reign East, a studio established by former employees of Hammerpoint Interactive. The core of the gameplay is nearly identical to that known from Infestation (formerly WarZ), while the decision to create a new franchise was caused by a conflict with the current publisher. We begin with creating our own character and travel through a vast and open world, trying to survive against the hordes of the living dead.
