The game's plot focuses on the employees of M.A.Y.H.E.M., an organization that associates super agents from all over the world. They have to face the supervilians from L.E.G.I.O.N. who managed to take over almost the entire world. Only a group led by Persephone Brimstone can put an end to their rule. Their job is to defeat the forces of the evil Doctor Babylon.

In unspecified future, the Earth became a target for alien colonization mission. Despite peaceful declarations, a war broke out between humans and Voltans. Alien fleet in orbit was destroyed, which led to spreading and mutation of alien species of flora and fauna.

All that trouble can be attributed to the Los Extranjeros organization, members of which will not stop until they kill every U.S. citizen remaining in Bolivia.
